ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Kleros website(s), platform, applications, dashboards, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Kleros (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have lawful authority to act on behalf of an organization or minor. Organizations are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing minors and student-athletes.

LICENSE AND USE RESTRICTIONS
Kleros grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful internal performance and organizational purposes only. Reverse engineering, resale, scraping, or misuse is prohibited.

ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. Kleros is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

​

USER CONTENT AND ATHLETE DATA
You retain responsibility for all data submitted and represent that you have lawful authority and required consents. Kleros does not provide medical advice and is not a healthcare provider.

​

ANONYMIZED DATA
Kleros may aggregate and de-identify data for analytics, research, benchmarking, and commercial use without compensation.

​

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Kleros is not responsible for third-party integrations or services and disclaims liability for their use.

​

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content, software, and branding are owned by Kleros or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred.

TERMINATION
Kleros may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of this Agreement or to protect the Services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KLEROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Kleros from claims arising from your use, content, or violation of this Agreement.

​

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
