By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or submitting information, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our applicable Terms of Service.

Depending on your role (coach, athlete, administrator, organization representative), we may collect:

Name, email address, username, password, organization affiliation, role designation. -
Athlete & Performance Data (“Platform Input Data”)
Information entered by authorized users, which may include:-
training loads, velocity metrics, readiness markers,

performance trends and benchmarks,

physical characteristics (e.g., height, weight, age),

attendance, compliance, and workload data,

subjective wellness or readiness scores.

Communications
Messages, emails, support requests, or feedback submitted to Kleros. -
Payment Information
Billing details are processed only by third-party payment processors. Kleros does not store full payment card information.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Services, we may collect:

Usage data (pages viewed, features used, timestamps)

Session identifiers and log data
This data is collected through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.

Athlete Data
Kleros functions as a data processor / service provider for organizations (e.g., schools, teams, clubs). The customer organization is responsible for:

obtaining required parental or athlete consent,

complying with FERPA, COPPA, state student privacy laws, and similar regulations,
-
determining what data is appropriate to collect and input.
By submitting data to Kleros, you represent that you have lawful authority to do so.
Kleros does not provide medical advice or healthcare services and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Data stored on the platform is intended for performance, training, and organizational management purposes only.
Anonymized and Aggregated Data
Kleros may create and use Anonymized and Aggregated Data, derived from Platform Input Data, that:

does not identify an individual,
-
cannot reasonably be re-identified,
-
is combined across multiple users or organizations.
We may use such Anonymized Data to:

improve and develop Services,
-
conduct research and trend analysis,
-
publish insights or benchmarks,
-
license or commercialize aggregated datasets.
You will not receive compensation for such uses. Kleros applies technical, administrative, and contractual safeguards to protect anonymized data.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable law.
We may disclose information:

to service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under contractual confidentiality obligations,

to customer organizations consistent with role-based permissions,
